Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The Black Friday Promotion (the 'Promotion') is organised by Cvstom Co., 999 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94109, United States ('IMPRESS' or the 'Promoter'). Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotional Period
The Promotion shall be valid from October 23, 2026 until November 30, 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary.

3. Promoted Services
The Promotion applies exclusively to Impress, Impress Plus and Impress Advanced treatments purchased during the Promotional Period. It is available only for new treatment agreements.

4. Participants
The Promotions is open to new IMPRESS patients aged 18 or over who are legal residents of the United States.

5. Promotional Benefits

• Eligible participants receive promotional benefits with a maximum advertised value of US$1,200.
• Impress and Impress Plus: US$400 treatment discount + Professional Teeth Whitening (US$500 estimated retail value) + Professional Dental Cleaning (US$100 estimated retail value).
• Impress Advanced: US$600 treatment discount + Professional Teeth Whitening (US$500 estimated retail value) + Professional Dental Cleaning (US$100 estimated retail value).
• Benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

6. Promotion Conditions
The Promotion is not valid for prior purchases, cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorised. Treatment must be contracted during the Promotional Period. If the treatment agreement is cancelled, IMPRESS may cancel promotional benefits or charge the retail value of redeemed benefits where permitted by law.

7. Medical Disclaimer
All dental services are subject to an individual clinical examination. Eligibility for Teeth Whitening, Dental Cleaning or any other dental procedure will be determined solely by the treating dental professional. Nothing guarantees clinical suitability for any specific treatment.

8. No Insurance Representation
This Promotion is independent of any dental insurance coverage. Patients remain responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.

9. Fraud
IMPRESS reserves the right to refuse participation or withdraw promotional benefits in cases of fraud, abuse or misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, IMPRESS shall not be liable for technical errors, scheduling issues, delays, printing errors or events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice and U.S. privacy laws.

12. Governing Law & Courts
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State where the treatment agreement is executed. In case of a dispute, the court of the State and city where the treatment agreement is executed.

13. General Provisions
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
