Why did you decide to study dentistry? And the specialisation?

I decided to study dentistry because it connects the two fields of art and health sciences. I specialised in orthodontics because it deals with biophysics and moving teeth to form a beautiful smile. It is a challenge that requires a lot of knowledge.

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy solving patients' problems, communicating with them, and improving their wellbeing. I believe that everyone deserves to have the smile of their dreams.

What does it mean to be Chief Orthodontist at Impress?

It means a lot of responsibility, both towards my patients and my colleagues. For me, the wellbeing of the patient comes first, and this is achieved by having a great team that works hand-in-hand to achieve mutual goals. I am also responsible for offering the highest quality of work and results.

Why are we afraid to go to the dentist?

Many patients come to the clinic with great fear due to a bad experience or one transmitted by someone they know. When they arrive and see that we are not a conventional clinic, and that what we do does not cause any type of pain, they leave very happy with their new experience.

From what age do you recommend starting with aligners?

The specialty has several fields, such as interceptive and corrective orthodontics. The second is the one we offer, as long as the patient has permanent second molars.

Take care of oral hygiene, make routine visits to the dentist and wear retainers once the treatment is finished.
